Step 1: Find a domain

Use the advanced search feature to find a good, valuable domain you can quick flip, or find something you can sell for eventually sell for 4-5 figures.

A great method to get started is using the "Location + Niche" formula.

I.e: MinnesotaLawyers.com. These can easily be sold for $100 - $300 each. (quick-flip)

"FijiWeddingphotography.com" sold for $1000 within a month after it being bought for $10.

Once you've found a domain or a couple that you'd like to purchase. You simply proceed to purchase your domain using GoDaddy or any other domain registrar.

Some domains are on auction which means you'll have to bid in order to buy it, and other can be purchased right away for as little as $10.

Step 3: Flip

To flip your domain, you can post it on GoDaddy actions, as a Premium or other domain marketplaces like Sedo.

This step depends on the strategy you've chosen. Some domains are best sold as quick flips on GoDaddy, others are best sold on Sedo.

In other occasions, i.e. when you use the "Location + Niche" strategy, you'll want to reach out to potential buyers to quickly flip it.

This is the fun part. Sometimes your profits come in completely passively, without you having to do anything. Other times, you profit because you reached out to potential buyers.

Using domain marketplaces such as Sedo or GoDaddy handles everything for you when it comes to transferring the domain from you, to your buyer, while paying you automatically.
