Too many "marketers" only focus on the front-end, and it's slowly killing their wallets.
Don't get me wrong here, a high opt-in rate is good, because with a high opt-in rate, the more leads you get, and ultimately, the more leads you have, the more people you'll be able to reach, and as you or may not know, most of your money will always be made in the follow-up process.
That said, your opt-in rate alone, by itself is not an indicator of a successful campaign.
Watch this video to see why, and how a lower opt-in rate is sometimes better than a high one...
If you're buying paid traffic online, wether it's through solo ad providers, traffic agencies or anywhere else, you need a tracking tool to track your campaigns.
My #1 recommend tracking tool is ClickMagick, and if you don't have an account already, you can start a free trial here.
Let me know your thoughts, do you think opt-in rates matter?
My answer: IT DEPENDS!
Make sure you focus on what really matters.
